New patients - this is our process

  • Complete our enquiry form, this will allow us to learn about your child and what services they might need. Please provide as much detail as possible.

Once we receive your enquiry, it will be reviewed by our team and we will come back to you with what we believe is the most appropriate first step for your child and your family, this might be directly with a specialist, an allied health provider or with our GP.

  • If your child requires care that is a bit more complex or will involve multiple practitioners, your first appointment will be with our GP. You won’t need a referral to see our GP, but he will collate all required information, organise any additional testing and ensure your child is fully worked up before a care pathway is established.

If things are relatively straight forward, or you have a referral directly to our endocrinologist or an allied health service provider, your first appointment (in most cases) would be made directly with them.

  • If your child’s care would benefit from input from multiple practitioners, and with your consent, their case will be discussed at our multidisciplinary team meeting within one week of your initial appointment.

Once a care plan has been established, you will either be booked for a telehealth appointment with our GP to go through the plan in detail, or our reception team will be in touch to arrange the next steps in your child’s care.

  • Whether your child initially needs support from a single practitioner or a broader multidisciplinary team, our model of care allows us to adapt as your child’s needs evolve.

At any stage, we can step back, reassess, and work together to adjust your child’s care plan in response to changing circumstances.

Providing families with a trusted, centralised team and access to education is the Bundle Junior difference. Caring for your child can be overwhelming — let us help coordinate that journey for you.

  • When your child’s care is being coordinated by one of our GPs and/or there are multiple practitioners involved, our team will consult on a regular basis to make sure things are on track.

Having multiple practitioners involved under the one roof also allows you multiple points of contact and information can be easily shared between the team, allowing for treatment and medication changes with context and discussion.

  • This is bound to happen, and you don’t have to start from scratch.

If you are engaged with one of our practitioners already, feel free to raise the new issue with them and they can either bring it to the team (if appropriate), or we can organise a quick GP review to develop a new strategy or change what is already in place.
